Isha Kriya – after 10 days of practise

From the beginning of August I do two Isha Kriya sessions a day. As soon as i wake up and as last thing before going to bed. It is just 10 days so one should not expect a lot of change. However here are the things i did notice:
– i am calmer
– feels like my mind and body is processing through something – i end up each session with wet eyes … tears are not running down my cheeks but my eyes are wet
– given that i am going through a significant change in my life (losing a job after almost 20 years in the same company to which i devoted my life almost) – i am suprised that i take it so calmly … while back in July i did have some very stupid thoughts.
